① About the plan

1. 1. LTE network is available.

The network condition and calling quality can be changed depending on the area and time range.

1. 2. Data allowance is updated on the first day of each month.

The remaining amount of basic data for the current month will be carried over to the following month.

* If users exceed their data threshold, their maximum speed will be slowed to 200kbps.

1. 3. There is no contract period for this plan.

The service continues unless cancellation of the service is applied. The basic charges will be charged until the service is cancelled.

1. 4. Please note that there are some devices on which the tethering service has not been confirmed.
   5. This service is limited to one line per customer.

According to the rules for mobile usage from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, only the contractant is allowed to use the service.

1. 6. Arbitrary refunds, cancellation, exchanges, and so forth are not permitted following the completion of the contract.
   7. When enrolling to MNP, your mobile phone could potentially be temporarily unusable until the SIM arrives. 
   8. You can make calls and use the internet from the day you receive your SIM card.

② Usage Fees

1. 1. An Initial Administrative Fee of 7,000 yen ( tax and transportation charges included)  will be charged on the first bill and initial fees may change according to start date, etc.
   2. Monthly Basic Usage Fee, Universal Service Fee (2/3 yen), and Telephone Relay Service Fee (0/1 yen) will be charged as follows.

  • 3GB: 1,700 yen
  • 5GB: 2,400 yen
  • 7GB: 2,700 yen
  • 10GB: 3,000 yen
  • 15GB: 3,250 yen
  • 20GB: 3.500 yen
  • 25GB: 3,750 yen 
  • 30GB: 3,950 yen
  • 50GB: 4,850 yen

1. 3. The basic usage fee for the first month of use will be calculated on a prorated basis from the service start date.
   4. About Call Charges

4.1 If You Do Not Apply for the Domestic 10-Minute Unlimited Call Option

• • ■Domestic calls will cost 22 yen (tax included) for every 30 seconds.
  • ■There is no minimum contract period for this option. Your contract will continue unless you request cancellation.
  • ■If you wish to cancel this option, please submit a cancellation request via the B2B Telecom customer chat box 
  • ■Regardless of the cancellation date, the service will remain available until the end of the month, and the basic fee for the entire month will be charged.

1. 6. If you send an SMS, you will be charged separately 3.3 yen (tax included) per domestic SMS 

③ Monthly Payments

1． Payment due dates will be on 25  monthly and it will be prepayment.

Our current payment method will be changed to convenience store payments starting from the following month.

1. 3. We may suspend our service if payment is not received by the deadline.

   2. We may contact you regarding our promotional information. 

 Terms of Service

1. 1. We may alter the contents of these terms without advance notice. In such cases, the contents from after the changes shall apply regarding the conditions under which this service is provided.
   2. The post-change terms shall be regarded as having taken effect as of when they are uploaded to our homepage.
