၂။ လွှဲငွေပမာဏနဲ့ လစာ မမျှတခြင်း ကိုယ်ရတဲ့လစာထက် ပိုပြီး အိမ်ကိုလွှဲပြထားရင် “ဂျပန်မှာ ဘယ်လိုနေထိုင်စားသလဲ” ဆိုတဲ့ မေးခွန်းက ဗီဇာအတွက် အနှုတ်လက္ခဏာ ဖြစ်စေပါတယ်။

၃။ အခွန်ပြန်ရဖို့ထက် “Record” ကောင်းဖို့က ပိုအရေးကြီးတယ် ပိုက်ဆံအနည်းငယ် ပြန်ရဖို့အတွက်နဲ့ မိမိရဲ့ Tax Record ကို အပျက်စီးမခံပါနဲ့။ အခုနောက်ပိုင်း ဂျပန်အစိုးရက အခွန်ကိစ္စတွေကို အရင်ထက် ပိုမိုတင်းကျပ်နေပါပြီ။
