Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance Engineer
Conduct factory patrol inspections, routine maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting.
Input and maintain equipment trends, inspection records, and repair logs.
Implement workflow efficiency improvements and operational enhancements.
Line Engineer
Monitor, analyze, and organize production line data to optimize manufacturing processes.
Evaluate ongoing production metrics, identify issues, and implement preventive measures.
Ensure smooth device operations on site to boost quality control and productivity.
Work Locations & Shift Details
Work Locations: Project sites in Iwate (Kitakami) or Mie (Yokkaichi)
(Location preference considered).
Initial Training: Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture.
Shift System: Shift work (e.g., 4 days on
→ 2 days off → 4 days night shift
→ 2 days off).
Day Shift: 09:00 – 18:00
Night Shift: 21:00 – 06:00
Working Hours: 8–9 hours/day (60+ min break).
Overtime: Low overtime (rare outside peak seasons or emergencies).
Compensation & Benefits
Estimated Monthly Gross Salary: ¥324,980 (Includes base salary ¥260,000 + fixed overtime & late-night allowances).
Estimated Annual Salary: ¥3.9 Million – ¥4.26+ Million (Up to ¥4.26M+ with housing support for relocated hires).
Annual Salary Growth Examples:
25 years old (1 yr exp): ¥4,000,000
30 years old (6 yrs exp): ¥5,000,000
41 years old (19 yrs exp): ¥7,120,000

Requirements & Qualifications
MUST Criteria:
Age: 19 to 39 years old (for long-term career development).
Experience: At least 1 month of experience in manufacturing, construction management, or technical field operations.
Driver’s License: Required if assigned to Iwate Prefecture.
WANT Criteria (Plus Points):
Experience in production engineering, equipment maintenance, or tool usage. Background/Education in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Physics, etc.).
Basic PC literacy.
